Worden gives you its highly regarded charting software free; you then pay for the data, as you would with any charting software package. It also discusses monetary indicators.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Technical Analysis: The Complete Resource for Financial Market Technicians<\/em> by Charles Kirkpatrick and Julie Dahlquist, Pearson Education, Upper Saddle River, NJ, \u00a9 2006.<\/p>\n<p><em>Another excellent reference on all things technical; it also has a brief discussion of monetary indicators.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Monetary Indicators<\/h4>\n<p><em>Money and Investment Profits,<\/em> A. Hamilton Bolton, Dow-Jones-Irwin, Homewood, IL, \u00a9 1967.<\/p>\n<p><em>The president of the highly respected Bank Credit Analyst taught most of us how to use monetary indicators back in the 1960s.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>The Kondratieff Wave<\/h4>\n<p><em>The Kondratieff Wave<\/em>, James Shuman and David Rosenau, World Publishing, New York, NY, \u00a9 1974.<\/p>\n<p><em>A good, readable discussion of the Kondratieff wave. There\u2019s also a lot of good information about the Kondratieff Wave on Wikipedia.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Investment Classics That Are Well Worth Reading (If You Can Find Them)<\/h4>\n<p><em>The Intelligent Chartist<\/em>, John W. Schulz, WRSM Financial Service Corp., New York, NY, \u00a9 1962<\/p>\n<p><em>The most intellectual discussion of and reasoning behind technical analysis ever written.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The Go-Go Years<\/em>, John Brooks, Weybright and Talley, New York, NY, \u00a9 1973<\/p>\n<p><em>The best chronicle of the great speculative market of the late 1960s. (I make an appearance on page 147!)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Money Managers, edited by Gilbert E. Kaplan and Chris Wells, Random House, New York, NY, \u00a9 1969<\/p>\n<p><em>Profiles of 19 investment giants of the 1960s. However, the residents of the largely uneducated farming community chose to resist the $3 million\/year offer, and the community was transformed &#8220;from a small group of isolated farmers to a defiant band of environmentalists&#8221;.
