Pat Robertson, in case you didn't catch it, got mad at the city of Orlando a little while ago for celebrating Gay Pride Month and allowing gay organizations to fly their multicolored flags downtown. The Rev. Pat thereupon went on his television program and proclaimed:
"I would warn Orlando that you're right in the way of some serious hurricanes, and I don't think I'd be waving those flags in God's face if I were you. This is not a message of hate; this is a message of redemption. But a condition like this will bring about terrorist bombs; it'll bring earthquakes, tornadoes and possibly a meteor."
But that's not the Joke Of The Month, though, even though the Rev. Pat's statement was far more comical than Christian. No; the Joke Of The Month award goes to the person on NPR who observed:
"He should start the Christian Weather Channel."
